Who We Are
Garland, LLC was founded in 1992, nearly three decades ago in a small 300 sqft warehouse in Miami, Florida. Here, as small pickup truck and a handful of employees with enormous dedication began packing and peeling garlic by hand! Fast forward to today and Garland has become one of the largest suppliers of garlic, ginger, shallots and other produce in the Southeast for the retail, foodservice and ingredients channels. Garland’s success can be attributed to its entrenched legacy with garlic, spanning more than 50 years.

When it comes to produce, we follow strict quality control measures and good manufacturing practices. We strongly believe in the Farm to Table concept. That’s our focus, our passion and we’re happy to share it with you. We’ve developed long-personal relationships with our growers where quality and transparency are pinnacle. We are also vertically integrated operating our own farms, where we grow a portion of our vegetables.
