Grilled Chicken with Chimichurri Sauce

What do you need
  • 8 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 1-1/4 cup chimichurri sauce, divided
Instructions
  1. Coat the chicken in ½ cup chimichurri sauce, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill and grill chicken, skin side down for 6 – 8 minutes. Turn chicken over and grill 4 – 5 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
  3. Serve with remaining chimichurri sauce.
